Administrative Assistant I (Full Time)

Under the direct supervision of the Chief Operations Officer this position provides administrative and secretarial support for the department. In addition to typing, filing and scheduling, performs duties such as financial record keeping, coordination of meetings and conferences, obtaining supplies, coordinating direct mailings, and working on special projects. Also, answers non-routine correspondence and assembles highly confidential and sensitive information.

Location: GMCHC

-Associate degree preferred.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis in Excel.

-Ability to communicate effectively orally and in written form.

-Excel spreadsheets in addition to computer and data entry skills. 

-At least three (3) years of administrative level experience

After-Care Facilitator (Part Time)

Responsible for providing overall supervision and interaction of students in afterschool program, coordinate on-site activities and maintain safe and secure operation of the program.

- High School Graduate

- Two (2) years experience working in school or center programs

- Complete Police and Background check

- Ability to interact with students, parents, and staff in a positive, courteous, respectful, and professional manner.

Environmental Service (Part Time)

Responsible for the maintenance of all GMCHC facilities including the grounds.

Department: Facilities Maintenance
Location: GMCHC

-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience general cleaning maintenance

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience as floor technician.

- High School Diploma preferred

Family Life Center Director (Full Time)

Responsible for the operational, administrative and financial oversight of the Center including public relations, planning, grants, coordinating and directing activities and program development for the Center.

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Education Recreation or related field.

-Minimum 2 years of successful grant writing and awards desirable. Minimum of 2 years' experience in community development involving organizing or coordinating community activities.

-Minimum of three (3) years progressive experience in management.

Human Resources File Clerk (Part Time)

Responsible for filing documents,  interpreting and translating Spanish to English, work with both paper documents and electronic files,  routine tasks; typing, data entry, organization, cross-referencing, scanning, copying and retrieval of personnel records.

- Bi-Lingual; good command of English/Spanish both oral and written.

Lead Teacher (Full Time)

Responsible for the PRE-K early childhood education of each pupil in his or her charge, working with students, parents, other teachers and staff toward achieving the goals set for OSSE and Calvary Christian Academy.

-CDA certificate

-AA degree and with completion toward BA by 2018.

-Two (2) years experience working in a regulated childcare/preschool.

-Current FBI, Police and CPS clearances.

Security/Receptionist Desk (Part Time)

Responsible for ensuring safety of employees and building and provide exceptional customer service to incoming visitors.  Include but are not limited to: Maintain constant surveillance of assigned areas providing maximum visibility.

- High School diploma or GED

- Requires satisfactory background check.  

- Security experience preferred

- Requires general knowledge of word processing

- Ability to collaborate and communicate with others

Sr. Accounting Clerk (Full Time)

Experienced, thorough and confidential clerk for accounts receivable and payroll.

Location: GMCHC

- Minimum three (3) years’ general accounting experience,

- Associate Degree preferred,

- Highly proficient in Excel

Substitute Teacher (On Call)

Responsible for the education of each pupil in his or her charge and for working with students, parents, other teachers and staff toward achieving the goals set for Calvary Christian Academy.

-Bachelor Degree in Elementary Education or related field.

-One (1) to three (3) years of experience working in a school system.
